PITTSFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - A Springfield man and two Pittsfield men have been charged with murder in connection with the disappearance of three men involved in a case against a Hell's Angels member.
Berkshire County District Attorney David Capeless charged 34-year-old Adam Hall, 31-year-old Caius Veiovis of Pittsfield and 44-year-old David Chalue of Springfield with 3 counts of murder, 3 counts of kidnapping and 3 counts of intimidating a witness.
The DA told 22News, the remains of three men, David Glasser, Edward Frampton and Robert Chadwell have been discovered and continue to be recovered in Berkshire County. The men disappeared after Tropical Storm Irene hit Berkshire County on August 28th.
Hall, an alleged leader of the Berkshire County Hell's Angel's gang, had a long history with Glasser who was expected to testify against him in a robbery, assault and kidnapping case. At the time the men went missing, Hall was out on bail.
Court documents show that authorities believe Hall tried to keep Glasser from testifying before, allegedly trying to frame him asking a friend to say he robbed her. But, Hall's lawyer told the Associated Press his client had nothing to do with the mens' disappearance.
The newest charges against Hall were extortion and child pornography. He is scheduled to go to trial for the robbery and kidnapping charges October 3rd.
All three men will be arraigned in Central Berkshire District Court Monday at 9am.
If you have any information on the three suspects, you are asked to call Pittsfield Police at (413) 448 9700.
