Motorcyclist killed in crash in Charlemont

CHARLEMONT, Mass. (WWLP) - A 22News follow up now on a serious motorcycle accident in Franklin County shortly before 5 Saturday night.
We now know it was a fatality.
A biker went down in the area of 2143 Mohawk Trail (or Route 2) in Charlemont.
A life flight helicopter was called in to transport one victim bleeding from the femoral artery. Trooper Boushay of the Shelburne Falls State Police barracks told 22News the biker has died.
On Monday, the Northwestern District Attorney's Office identified the victim as Douglas Chouinard, 56, of Enfield, Connecticut.
