ORANGE, Mass. (AP) - A Montague man has been ordered held on $200,000 cash bail in connection with a shooting in Orange on Sunday morning.
Corey Sutton was arraigned Monday morning at Orange District Court. Charges against him include attempted murder and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon for the shooting Sunday morning.
The victim was shot three times and transported to UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester. The victim's name and condition were not released.
Police tell The Recorder of Greenfield that Sutton was taken into custody soon after the shooting.
No motive was immediately disclosed.
