GREENFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - A Greenfield Firefighter is recovering after being injured during a fall.

A Greenfield Fire dispatcher told 22News that the firefighter was getting ready to respond to a call when he slipped and fell on a set of stairs inside the fire department.

No other information was available on his condition.

The fire department is located at 412 Main Street.
