GREENFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - A teller at Greenfield's TD Bank's Main Street branch found herself looking down the barrel of a semi-automatic pistol shortly before noon Sunday.
Greenfield Police Detective Lt. Dan McCarthy told 22News, "The brazen masked hold-up man dressed all in black, pointed the gun at the teller and stole an undisclosed amount of cash".
It's believed he got away in a silver or grey SUV type of car.
Right now State Police from the Shelburne Falls barracks along with the Franklin County Sheriff's department K-9 unit are helping Greenfield Police in their search for the hold up man.
The bandit's described as being about 5 feet 8 inches tall with a slim build.
