10 arrested in drug and gun seizure

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - Federal Agents, State Police and Springfield detectives confiscated heroin, handguns and cash in a major drug raid on Newland and Lowell Streets in the North End.
They also arrested 12 people, including a 15 year old boy. Most of them on drug charges.
A State Police spokesman told 22News, the Western Massachusetts Gang Task Force is responsible for some of the arrests.
