12 nabbed in Holyoke prostitution sting

HOLYOKE, Mass. (WWLP) - 12 people were arrested after a prostitution sting in downtown Holyoke.

Lt. Matt Moriarty told 22News that business owners and residents in the Chestnut Street area tipped them off to people soliciting sex for money.

Lt. Moriarty said officers went undercover, posing as both prostitutes and people willing to pay for sex.
