2 men face charges after Springfield home invasion

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - Springfield Police are looking for two men who drove off in a red Toyota Camry after a home invasion.

Captain Cheryl Claprood told 22News someone knocked at the door of 122 King Street around 10 Saturday night.

When the homeowner answered they allegedly pushed the door open.

Claprood said the two men ran into the home.

One man took the television off the wall and the other pointed a hand gun.

Police say they are looking for two African American men in their 20's.

They face home invasion and larceny charges.
