LONGMEADOW, Mass. (WWLP) - A crash involving a tractor trailer, a box truck, and four cars is caused heavy backups on Interstate 91 in Longmeadow for hours.
State Police Trooper Glenn Witaszek told 22News that only the left lane was being allowed through near the crash site, located at the 1.5 mile marker on the northbound side of the highway.
Three people were taken to the hospital following the crash, but Witaszek says that they are expected to survive.
The crash was reported around 1:45 P.M., but the crash was not cleared until around 5:00 P.M.
