CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) - No one in Massachusetts may have hit the 380-million dollar Mega Millions jackpot Tuesday night, but someone here in western Mass is a quarter of a million dollars richer.
According to the Massachusetts lottery, six tickets worth $250,000 each were sold in the Bay State. One of those tickets was purchased at the Convenience Plus in Westfield. The other five were bought in the eastern part of the state.
The jackpot winning tickets were sold in Washington State and Idaho.
