HOLYOKE, Mass. (WWLP) - Some shoppers were able to combine their holiday shopping while giving to a good cause at the Holyoke Mall's 7th Annual Magical Day of Giving.
Over the last six weeks, more than 80 non-profit groups have been selling $5 tickets to the event which entitles shoppers to discounts and the chance to take part in special raffles.
Proceeds from the tickets help dozens of local charities and families.
Friends of the Homeless Program Development Executive Director Kathy Tobin told 22News this is a great way to support those in need, just in time for the holidays.
