SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - 22News is working for you with a cone zone alert for Springfield.

A section of Roosevelt Ave will be closed Thursday night while WMECO crews perform some electrical work.

Roosevelt Ave will be closed between Cottage Street and Page Boulevard starting at seven o’clock Thursday night.

The road is expected to re-open around three o’clock Friday morning.
