CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) - A pooch party to celebrate Saint Patrick's Day!

The Irish celebration went to the dogs at "The Good Dog Spot" in Chicopee.

The Good Dog Spot is a day care for our four-legged friends.

In preparation for Saint Patrick's Day, the dogs were able to enjoy a party filled with doggie treats.

63 dogs had a howling good time.

Elizabeth Staples says, "Our clients treat their dogs like kids, they deserve to have the absolute best and we figured it's just one way that we could help them give back to their dogs when their busy at work and doing other things."

Elizabeth Staples also told 22News, they plan special parties like this throughout the year with more activities ahead for the summer months.
