Possible murder in Chicopee

CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) -  Chicopee Police Chief John Ferraro has confirmed for 22News that police are investigating a possible homicide at 73 School Street.

Chief Ferraro says a young woman in her 20's is the victim of a stabbing.

A portion of School street remains closed Friday, hours after police were called to School Street.

Chief Ferraro says the Hampden County district attorney's office will be assisting in the investigation.
