Residents enjoying mild weather in November

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - It was easy to confuse this second week in November with the early days of April.
People who had experienced the first snow of the season just a few days ago were very cautious about what to wear when the temperature reached the mid sixties.
Natalie Espino told 22News, “I'm overdressed today, it’s nice and comfortable. People playing soccer, I think it's wonderful. “
22News storm team meteorologists Adam Strzempko and Nick Bannin, have fully explained the atmospheric factors that permitted Western Massachusetts to get snow one day and spring like conditions the next.
People out enjoying the weather have a much less complicated explanation.
