WEST SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - West Springfield police Sergeant Hubert Rees told 22News 16 year old Amanda Croisetiere of Agawam was killed when a car she was a passenger in crashed into a pole on Morton Street.
On Friday, Sergeant Michael Reed said there were other people in the car and they were taken to Baystate Medical Center. It is unclear if the driver will be cited at this time.
The crash happened around 11:30pm Friday and brought down electrical wires.
Ryan Taylor of West Springfield told 22News on Friday, "We saw at least three people leave on a stretcher in an ambulance. They hit the pole rolled and landed on someone's front lawn.”
