Amber Alert baby in foster care

3 month old back in Massachusetts

(WWLP) - A 22News I-Team follow-up.  3 month old Gabriela Kozaczek, the baby involved in last week's Amber Alert is back in Massachusetts. 

Cayenne Isaksen with the Department of Children and Families told 22News Gabriela returned to Massachusetts safely and is currently placed in foster care. 

Her mother, 28 year old Cheryl Kozaczek of Westfield is in a Virginia jail.  Her next court appearance is on November 29th.
