SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - Police in Springfield are keeping an eye out for vandalism following a recent string of BB gun shootings.

Between Tuesday and Thursday, at least 30 cars have been vandalized.

Most of the cars have been parked on streets in the Forest Park section of the city, although some incidents have also happened in the South End and Pine Point neighborhoods.

STREETS INCLUDE:

Central, Dickinson, Shamrock, Wilmont, Freemont, White, Revere, Ponoma, Jasper, Pasadena and Dwight Streets.

Whoever or whomever they are, has been going around shooting out car windows.

Sgt. John Delaney says they're suspecting that the same person or people are responsible for all the shootings.

According to police, the latest vandalism took place late Wednesday into early Thursday.

According to Sgt. Delaney, a witness saw the vehicle driving away from one of the incidents with a Hispanic man and woman inside.

If you have any information, call the Springfield Police Detective Bureau at 787-6355.
