At least nine gunshots fired in Spfld

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - The Springfield Police are searching for three men seen running after gunshots were fired.

Just before 1:30AM Thursday, approximately nine gunshots were fired in the area of 66 Pendleton Avenue.

The police confirmed the gunshots via their recording of the shot spotter activation system.

Captain Larry Brown told 22News no one was hurt.

Witnesses reported three men wearing red hoodies and black jackets were seen running South on King Street toward Walnut and then toward Central Street.
