CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) - The Boys and Girls Club of Chicopee celebrated its centennial anniversary Saturday night in a unique fashion.
The Black Tie and Sneakers Gala kept it fancy and fun as the organization was honored for one hundred years of service.
Alumni and staff were honored for their work in furthering the mission of the Boys and Girls Club.
“To keep kids safe, keep them interested and connected, and finding ways that they can give back to their community and really, to become good citizens,” Executive Director Elizabeth Daly told 22News.
22News Anchor Elysia Rodriguez served as Mistress of Ceremonies for tonight's event.
