EAST LONGMEADOW, Mass. (WWLP) - The investigation into alleged voting fraud in East Longmeadow continues.

East Longmeadow Police Sgt. Patrick Manley told 22News that they are working with the District Attorney’s Crime Prevention Unit to interview members of the community who may have seen something suspicious, or have information about the alleged voter fraud.

Some registered Democrats have reported receiving letters acknowledging their request for an absentee ballot to vote in the Republican primary, which they say they never asked for.

The Secretary of State’s office is now investigating.

East Longmeadow Town Clerk Tom Florence told 22News that they contacted the Secretary of State’s office when they discovered irregularities with changes to party affiliations.
