SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - You might be surprised by what people would like to enjoy for a workplace perk.

A national survey found 59 percent of employees would like a flexible work schedule.

Workers in downtown Springfield told 22News they like "Casual Fridays."

They'd like to be able to wear jeans at the end of the week.

“Because it's nice not to have to worry about what you're going to wear. It's nice to open up the closet and not have to really think about it,” Linda Bay told 22News.

Other favorite workplace perks mentioned in the survey, having the ability to work from home, and driving a company car would be nice.
