CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) - Western Massachusetts has begun answering the needs of this year's Toys for Tots drive.
The Morris family was among the first on Saturday to drop off an unwrapped toy in the 22News lobby here in Chicopee.
Aaron Morris credits his two daughters taking the initiative to make sure there are presents for needy children this Christmas.
“Actually it was my daughters idea. They really wanted to do something this holiday season. It dates back to the summer. We've been wanting to bring these in, we decided to do that today,” Morris told 22News.
22News invites you to stop by with a Toys for Tots gift on weekends from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. and on weekdays from 9-7pm. And we'll be collecting toys for needy children right through Tuesday December 11th.
Your Toys for Tots gift will make such a difference in the life of a disadvantaged child on Christmas morning.
