WILBRAHAM, Mass. (WWLP) - For the first time, the town of Wilbraham will be hosting a First Night celebration.
On Monday, the town will not only be ringing in 2013, but also marking its 250th anniversary, and some big events are planned to celebrate both of these occasions.
The festivities, which are free for the community start at 3:00 P.M. on the Wilbraham and Monson Academy campus, which is located on Main Street in the center of town.
The family-friendly events will include story-telling, puppet shows, live music, horse-drawn wagon rides, Shriner's Clowns, food, and a fireworks display at 8:00 P.M. at the Academy’s Hugh Harrell Field.
