SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - Hampden County District Attorney Mark Mastroianni announced a new domestic violence initiative that will involve his office, regional law enforcement and victim advocates.
Two grants worth $200,000 have been awarded by the Executive Office of Public Safety for programs and to hire councilors.
Mastroianni announced the initiative during a news conference in Springfield Wednesday afternoon.
