HOLYOKE, Mass. (WWLP) - In an effort to promote first lady Michelle Obama's "Let's Move" an initiative, the city of Holyoke launched the "Lets Move Holyoke in Film" event. They featured documentaries highlighting the work and progress of Nuestras Raíces Inc., I'm Running for Holyoke, and Paper City Fitness.

The mission is to bring fitness and wellness out of the gym and into the community. To make getting healthy affordable and accessible to everyone.

That's why Paper City Fitness owner Kate O’Donnell told 22news she's bringing Zumba to Holyoke.

Zumba is Latin dance music.” said Kate O'Donnell of Paper City Fitness.

Holyoke is one of only fifty communities across the U.S. chosen to be apart of the Collaborate for a healthy lifestyle initiative.

“This is multi generation. This benefits everyone. We want everyone to know everyone should be moving. From the smallest to the grandparents,” Hector Figarella said.
