PALMER, Mass. (WWLP) - The Red Cross is helping a Palmer family after an overnight apartment fire.

Firefighters were called to 4215 High Street in the Thorndike section of town around 2:30 a.m.

Palmer Police Sgt. Erin Sullivan told 22News that firefighters caught the fire early, limiting the damage to the four-unit building.
