EAST LONGMEADOW, Mass. (WWLP) - Former East Longmeadow selectman Enrico "Jack" Villamaino is out of jail.
Rich McCarthy of the Hampden County House of Corrections told 22News Villamaino is no longer a prisoner there.
Villamaino denied voter-fraud charges during last week's Hampden County Superior Court arraignment on an 11 count indictment. He could face up to 50 years in prision if convicted.
Per the judges' conditions for release, Villamaino must wear an electronic monitoring device and he has to stay home except for work, court dates and doctors visits.
