SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - The Springfield bars had just closed at 2 a.m. when police made their first daylight saving time arrest Sunday morning.
They arrested 27-year-old Homer Gabson of Springfield for allegedly pointing a gun at a woman on Lyman Street in the entertainment district.
Springfield Police Lt. Robert Moynihan told 22News, Gabson allegedly made a sexually suggestive remark to the woman as she walked by his car.
When she didn't pay attention to him, he pointed the gun out the window and threatened her according to Moynihan.
Officers arrested Gabson on a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon.
