HOLYOKE, Mass. (WWLP) - Holyoke Police have arrested a man for breaking into a home that was condemned after a deadly fire.
Holyoke Police Lt. Matthew Moriarty told 22News that 33 year old Robert Rosario of Holyoke was found inside the home at 28 Glen Street last night with a flashlight, pliers and an empty canvas bag.
The home was condemned after a deadly fire there last month.
Rosario was charged with breaking and entering in the night with intent to commit a felony and possession of burglar tool.
