SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - A Springfield man was cited after hitting two parked cars, went through a fence and hit at tree at 43 Scott Street.
Springfield Captain Cheryl Claprood told 22News the driver passed a sobriety test.
The accident happened around 1:30 Sunday morning.
Thomas Figueroa, a neighbor, told 22News, "He rallied down the street going 50-60 miles an hour it was amazing. After him rallying down the street he came in contact with this car creating the accident."
Claprood says the driver left the scene but police found him around the corner on Ainsworth Street.
No one was injured.
