SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - Police are searching for suspects in a late night armed home invasion in East Springfield.

Springfield Police Lt. David Martin told 22News that just before midnight, either three or four Hispanic men broke into a house at 123 Edendale Street.

They allegedly pistol whipped the man inside and stole cash, jewelry and video games.

Lt. Martin said the suspects then stole the man's gold-colored Cadillac Escalade and sped off.

All the men were wearing black hoodies, though no other description was available.

The homeowner did not go to the hospital.
