Mom involved in Amber Alert in VA jail
No bail for Kozaczek

EMPORIA, Va. (WWLP) - 28-year-old Cheryl Kozaczek of Westfield will remain in a Virginia jail until at least the end of the month. A preliminary and extradition hearing has been scheduled in a Virginia Court on November 29th. No bail was set for Kozaczek, according to the Greensville County Commonwealth Attorney's office in Virginia.
The woman and her baby, who were at the center of an Amber Alert on Wednesday.
Kozaczek of Westfield is facing kidnapping charges for leaving Massachusetts with her baby early Wednesday morning.
She does not have legal custody.
The baby is in the care of the Department of Children and Families.
They are making arrangements to bring her back as well.
