HOLYOKE, Mass. (WWLP) - There's a moose on the loose in Holyoke.
Holyoke Fire Lt. Thomas Paquin told 22News the moose was seen in the area of Jean Drive Tuesday night.
Environmental Police are using thermal imaging cameras to try and find the moose.
State Police believe the moose may have been hit by a car. They're watching Interstate 91 to make sure the moose does not try to cross the highway.
Lt. Paquin said if the moose is still running around, Environmental Police tranquilize it.
