WILBRAHAM, Mass. (WWLP) - Consumer Reports says Friendly's is not so friendly when it comes to service.

According to a new survey of 102 table-service chains out Friday, the Wilbraham-based-chain drew low marks for its lackluster service and ambiance, as well as its cleanliness.

In a statement sent to 22News, Friendly's President and CEO John Maguire said "since Friendly's emerged from bankruptcy in January of this year, the company has had a singular focus on improving the customer experience in every one of our 389 restaurants across 16 states.  We will use this feedback as a further opportunity to continuously improve the dining experiences for the thousands and thousands of customers in our local communities."
