Noble Hospital to destroy old medical records

WESTFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - Noble Hospital in Westfield has scheduled the destruction of old medical records.

The state's only requires medical records to be kept for 20 years. Noble Hospital will be destroying records for all patients whose last visit to the hospital was before December 31, 1993.

The records will be destroyed on March 15th.
