WEST SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - New Year's Eve is a night to celebrate, and partygoers were stocking up on alcohol at Table & Vine in West Springfield Monday afternoon.
You usually think of having champagne on New Year's Eve, but that's not the only drink that will be flowing.
“New Year's is always a time you can pick a bottle out you wouldn't otherwise drink; especially if you have a little extra Christmas money and try something different,” Peter Vangsness of East Longmeadow said. “It's also a time to try something new.”
A manager at Table and Vine told 22News that champagne sales were high on Monday, so it is likely still the drink of choice at midnight.
