Pats fans getting ready for the game

CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) - The countdown to kickoff is almost over (or is depending on when you read this).  The Patriots or Ravens will punch their ticket to the Super Bowl Sunday night.    It wasn't too difficult for 22News to find Patriots fans getting ready for the game.

Hardcore and casual fans were out picking up all the necessary supplies for the AFC championship game.

"I think we're going to do some Kielbasa, some pizza and some beers", says Chicopee's Matthew Kenneson.

"Chicken tenders, a little bit of barbeque ribs, some potato salad", says Steve from Springfield.

Grocery stores were busy and one reason behind the game day shopping is to kill some time before kickoff

"We've got grocery shopping to do.  We'll do a little bit of cooking, getting prepared.  Cutting out coupons in between then getting ready to watch the game", says Chicopee's Christine Vincent.

Patriots Defensive Tackle Vince Wilfork sells his sandwiches at "Big Y".  Patriots fans we talked to said they believe New England would win, but they don't think they are "In-Vince-Ible".

"Pats, but not big.  But Pats win.  I think it's going to be close.  Baltimore is really good", says Steve from Springfield.

"I think Pats by a little, I'm not nervous though", says Vincent.
