Resident hit with gun in home invasion

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - Police in Springfield are searching for suspects wanted in connection with an armed home invasion.

The crime took place early Friday morning just before 2:00 A.M., when four men broke into an apartment at 65 Lansing Place.

Springfield Police Lieutenant James Rosso told 22News that one of the residents was hit over the head with a gun. The suspects took-off with two televisions, money, and some tools.

Right now, police do not have any descriptions of the suspects.
