SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - There are several days of the year when the public's appetite for Pizza reaches new heights.  One of those times happens to be New Year’s Eve.

Leon Giard, the Owner of Frankie and Johnnie pizza in Springfield expects pizza lovers to be out in force New Year's Eve. It's among the prime times of the year for his business.

“The night before Thanksgiving, Superbowl Sunday, Halloween is probably, actually our busiest day.  New Year’s Eve is right up there with those,” Giard told 22News.

Giard figures that he and his staff will sell up to two hundred Pizza's to be devoured at New Year's Eve parties.
