WEST SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - Hundreds of people celebrated their love of the outdoors… inside on Saturday night.
22News dropped by the Springfield RV Camping and Outdoor show. It's held every year at the Eastern States Exposition grounds.
Families got a chance to browse more than 200 exhibitors and see what's new and trendy in the world of camping.
22News caught up with one man from Chicago who explains why he came out.
“Tomorrow is the last day for the Chicago auto show, and I've been to that,” said Gaurav Garg. “It was pretty cool. So I just wanted to check out the RV's.”
Dawn Whalen told 22News, “It's a great family thing to do. The kids love it. We have two girls. They meet a lot of friends. Every year we go to a lot of different places to see.”
The Springfield RV Camping and Outdoor show is the oldest and largest show in the Northeast.
If you missed it Saturday, you can go Sunday from 10AM-6PM or Monday from 10AM-4PM.
