LUDLOW, Mass. (WWLP) - We are following breaking news out of Ludlow where police have re-opened a section of East Street that was shut down while they investigated a serious accident.
As of about 7:30pm, East Street was re-opened to drivers after being previously blocked off.
Ludlow Police Sgt. Daniel Valadas told 22News two cars crashed at the corner of East and Ventura Streets just before 3:30 Tuesday afternoon.
Sgt. Valadas says one person involved was critically injured.
One of the vehicles also sheared a utility pole.
