SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - The City of Springfield is looking for someone to develop in two tornado damaged properties in the city's South End.

Both the historic Armory Building at 29 Howard Street and the former Zanetti School at 59 Howard Street will be made available through the public proposal process.

The deadline to submit proposals is December 7th.
