SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - The Springfield School Committee has scheduled two additional meetings as it prepares to select a new superintendent by June.
The first meeting is set for Wednesday, February 22nd at Putnam High School from 5:30 to 7pm. This meeting is specifically for members of the business community.
The second meeting will be held the following night, Thursday, February 23rd at the Frederick Harris Elementary School from 5:30 to 7pm. This meeting is for all Springfield residents.
The school committee is also asking residents and business owners to fill out surveys about what they'd like to see in a superintendent.
