SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - A 25 year old Springfield man is out of surgery after getting stabbed multiple times at 64 Federal Street in Springfield at 1:35 Sunday morning.

Springfield Captain Cheryl Claprood told 22News they know who the suspect is but no one is cooperating.

The Springfield Detective Bureau is interviewing witnesses.

The victim is expected to survive.
