CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) - At Hampden Charter School of Science in Chicopee , students use artwork to say “no” to bullying.

The ninth grade art exhibit calls attention to the causes and effects of bullying.

One student focused on cyber bullying; saying that parents do not realize the popularity of this type of bullying.

The young artists say their work affects their classmates.

“They were really inspired by it. Really moved by it,” ninth grader Kalimah Muhammad said.” I noticed that especially in the upper classmen; really surprised.”
