Two car accident on I-91

Woman charged with causing the accident

HOYLOKE, Mass. (WWLP) - No one was hurt in an accident on I-91 that happened around 9:30 Saturday night.

Twenty-year-old Julia Neufeld of Northampton has been arrested for allegedly causing the accident on Interstate 91 in Holyoke.

State Police Sgt. Adam Hakkarainen told 22News Neufeld's been charged with operating under the influence and negligent operation.

Her car was reportedly in an accident with another driver while they were both heading north near the Holyoke scenic rest area.

State Trooper Nicole Morrell told 22News, that neither driver was hurt. One of the cars had to be towed out of the woods.
