LONGMEADOW, Mass. (WWLP) - There was a celebration Saturday at the Willie Ross School for the Deaf in Longmeadow.

The school carnival was part of a month-long celebration. For the past 25 years the Willie Ross School has sent many of its students to East Longmeadow Public Schools.

One Parent told 22News how this experience has helped his hearing impaired child.

“He entered East Longmeadow High School partnership, and he had high honors for the past four years,“ said one parent.

In addition to East Longmeadow High School, Willie Ross students have also attended a partnership campus at Birchland Park Middle School and Mountain View Elementary School.
