SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - The Springfield Police are searching for a man who allegedly robbed a woman at the corner of Dwight and Worthington Streets.

Lt. Alberto Ayala told 22News just before 10:00PM Wednesday a woman was approached by a man with a black baseball bat.

The man was about 6 feet tall, and was last seen wearing a green hoodie, jeans and a Mets baseball cap.

He ran in an unknown direction.
