Longmeadow police are looking for your help to find a man who …

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) - With unemployment high, more and more workers are afraid to take vacation time.
A survey by travel website Expedia showed that not only are fewer people using all of the time that they are allowed, but they are also being given fewer days off. The average is now 12 days, down from 14.
Most workers 22News spoke with view vacation time as a luxury, but an important one.
"I'm looking forward to a vacation this summer, at least a couple of weeks, because that's what it takes to unwind,” Gary Scranton said. “If you go on a vacation for less than a week you don't have time to unwind."
Among the reasons listed in the survey for skipping vacations were difficulty coordinating family schedules, affordability, and having to schedule to far ahead of time.
